Question 1

What is FeedbackAI?

Accepted Answer

FeedbackAI is a two-sided AI job and company matching platform based in Bengaluru, India. Job seekers browse AI-ranked roles with match scores, skill gaps, and company insights (Glassdoor-backed ratings, salary benchmarks, employee snippets, and interview notes when enriched). Recruiters post jobs and review applicants ranked by match score with optional structured AI assessments.

Question 2

How does FeedbackAI's AI job matching work?

Accepted Answer

When you upload your resume, FeedbackAI's AI parses it and extracts your skills, experience level, and preferences. It compares your profile against active job descriptions and assigns each role a match score — a percentage showing how well your skills align with what the employer needs. You also see a skill gap breakdown per role and company context when enrichment exists.

Question 3

Is FeedbackAI free for job seekers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. FeedbackAI is free for candidates. There is no credit card required. You get AI-matched job listings, match scores, skill gap insights, and company context where available. Optional PRACTICE assessments help strengthen skill signals but are not required to browse matches.

Question 4

Is FeedbackAI free for recruiters?

Accepted Answer

Hiring teams start with a free role teardown. Managed candidate evaluation is priced per role — Evaluation Pilot at ₹9,999 and Managed Evaluation at ₹24,999 (GST excl.) — and self-serve Hiring Pro is ₹12,999/month. No annual contract or enterprise procurement is required to begin.

Question 5

Where do the jobs on FeedbackAI come from?

Accepted Answer

Jobs are synced daily from across the web — job boards and company career pages — covering full-stack, AI/ML, data engineering, GenAI/MLOps, DevOps, and security roles in 18 Indian tech cities. Listings land in one feed and each role gets an AI match score against your profile.

Question 6

Does FeedbackAI have a resume builder?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The resume builder generates a recruiter-ready resume from your FeedbackAI profile — no blank page — highlights verified skills from optional practice assessments, and exports a clean PDF.

Question 7

What roles and cities does FeedbackAI cover?

Accepted Answer

FeedbackAI focuses on India tech roles — software engineering, AI/ML, data engineering, DevOps/SRE, and cybersecurity — across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and remote/hybrid listings where available.

Question 8

What is a skill gap insight on FeedbackAI?

Accepted Answer

For every job you view, FeedbackAI shows which required skills you already have and which are missing — so you know what to learn to become a stronger match for that role.

Question 9

How does FeedbackAI's AI assessment work for recruiters?

Accepted Answer

FeedbackAI maps the Competency Iceberg for a role from the JD, then builds role tasks, a knowledge test, a psychometric situational-judgement round, and STAR interviews on it. Recruiters approve the role document, the questions, and the final reports; candidates complete rounds in the browser and recruiters receive Results / Knowledge / Attitude scores with the evidence behind each number.

Question 10

Is my data safe on FeedbackAI?

Accepted Answer

FeedbackAI implements encryption in transit, access controls, and org-scoped permissions. You control profile visibility. See the Privacy Policy at feedbackai.live/privacy-policy for full details.

Question 11

Accepted Answer

FeedbackAI is headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The platform serves job seekers and employers across India and globally. Support: support@feedbackai.live.

Question 12

Does FeedbackAI use Glassdoor data for culture fit?

Accepted Answer

When a company has sufficient Glassdoor review enrichment, FeedbackAI surfaces dimension ratings (work-life balance, culture, compensation, career growth) and employee review snippets alongside match scores — never invented scores. Missing enrichment stays blank.

Question 13

Can I see salary benchmarks before applying on FeedbackAI?

Accepted Answer

Where Glassdoor salary enrichment exists for a company and title, FeedbackAI shows median pay bands on company pages and salary benchmark fit in match explainability — reference data only, not offer guarantees. Guides cover salary benchmarks on matched jobs, Bengaluru pay bands by seniority, and senior backend engineer salary in India.

Question 14

Can I compare senior backend engineer salary in India on FeedbackAI?

Accepted Answer

Yes where enrichment exists. Set expected salary in your profile, review salary benchmark fit in match detail, and compare senior backend or senior software engineer median rows on company pages — alongside AI match scores and interview difficulty when synced.
